OK, then by default they WON'T open in a new window but it's easy enough to give people the option of having External Links open in a new window or not. In fact many webloggers just provide a check box on the page to enable or disable it.

I agree. I must rant that they shouldn't open new browser windows,
though ;) I hate that.
