Thanks Kevin,
can I clarify - there are two versions of GNU Chess known to be around
for Mac OSX, one is based on GNU Chess 1 and is fairly buggy, the other
is GNU Chess 5 and is hopefuly fairly bug free.
You may find Apple have updates for the GNU Chess 1 version, but support
for this from GNU was dropped many many years ago.
Can you let us know if this is a GNU Chess 5 version problem, otherwise
it is between you and Apple, although I do have a contact who may be
able to help.
