We have recently been swamped in SPAM email at our support email addresses.  

Consequently, we have been forced to change to a new address, and may soon be 
forced to adopt a web based system that is not so prone to SPAM.

We have not included an email link here because it would quickly become adopted 
by SPAM address collection software and suffer the same problem.
