feature addition idea: Info-occur

I was using "s" in Info's emacs manual to look for entries about the
elisp debugger, searching on the string "debug", and plowing thru tons
of non elisp debugger's information, when it occurred to me that it
would be nice if Info provided an Info-occur command, where one could
see a one-per-line summary of all ensuing matches, and could then pick
directly from the list where one wanted to go.

By the way, s and M-s are bound to the same thing which seems wasteful.
