Maybe, the statement in trouble.texi gives a wrong impression:
In particular, some bug reports contain large
amounts of data; spectators should not complain about this.
You're right. It might be the best to advise people to store large
amounts of debug data (more than 100 KB?) on HTTP or FTP server and to
post pointers. Or to tell them to ask for a address where they are
allowed to send the data.
