mmm, ok, but [Jj][Pp][Gg] kinda feels lunky.  And that would be for
new entries in dired-guess-shell-alist-user.  The user is still faced
with copying all the current defaults to get them to also act on upper
case filename extensions.  I was thinking there could be a switch
added so with one line in .emacs, the user could now enjoy all the
usual actions even when encountering upper case filename extensions.
