Did you use M-x report-emacs-bug, or did you just post here?

If you used report-emacs-bug, then it was mailed properly to the bug
list, and unidirectionally relayed to USENET.

If you just posted here, then you can't guarantee with any certainty
that the bug report actually made it back to the maintainers.  The
news gateways at GNU have been sporadic at best for over a year now.
I would recommend running report-emacs-bug and re-reporting the bug if
you didn't use that before.
