I agree. With less than an handful of people maintaining Emacs, we
cannot afford additional administrative work; there's already too much
to do today for the maintainers.
Maybe a new generation of maintainers can start previding all sorts of
things, provided public access to the CVS repository makes more people
work on Emacs
