Text in bugreport ought to mention crossposting to news

This bug report will be sent to the Free Software Foundation,
 not to your local site managers!!
Please write in English, because the Emacs maintainers do not have
translators to read other languages for them.


In the first line of this formatted bug report is says that message
is sent to FSF. What it doesnt state (and should state) is that
message is also crossposted to usenet news. 

Although this is
undeniably an efficient means of getting help quick from any one
who happens to surf the news, it will also expose my mail-box for a high
risk of adress-capture to those who collects email-adresses and sells
them for spamming.

I just got a new fresh mail account, completely free from the heavy
spamming that afflicted my old account, and I particularly didnt want 
this new account to be visible on usenet news. 
The formatted text gives no indication of that this is what happens, 
if you bug-report to this mail-adress.
