True, I'm suggesting editing the shortcut, but was Jari suggesting
anything more than visiting the file the shortcut references? Later,
I was also thinking that, if this could be done at the Lisp level, it
should be toggleable (ie. on follows the shortcut while off edits the
shortcut).
