This is not really a bug report. I hope not to be too off-topic.
I beg your pardon if I am.

I just want to point out to the maintainer of the elisp documentation
the existence of the annotated elisp manual (based on release 2.7) at

It is a html version of the manual that the users can annotate
(just like the PHP manual at www.php.net)

I think (and receive email with the same opinion) that it can be a
great tool for upgrading the manual and I'm willing, if they so wish,
to listen to their advice to make this version not just another
texi2html version of the manual but something that can help make it
