Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

Hello!

The Emacs Lisp Reference Manual doesn't mention the subtract-time
function. More precisely, it doesn't say anything about date and time
calculations in elisp.

In de.comp.editoren they told me that this is a bug which i should
report. Ok -- here it is.
