chinese font bug with cursor movement

Subject: chinese font bug with cursor movement

i am working under windows 2000 professional ,emacs 21.1 .
i opened a file with chinese font but it can display ,
but when  i move the cursor,the character appear incorectly with the cursor's 
movement
