translators to read other languages for them.

In GNU Emacs 20.7.2 (i386-debian-linux-gnu, X toolkit)
 of Sat Aug 18 2001 on gluck modified by Debian
configured using `configure  i386-debian-linux-gnu --prefix=/usr 
--sharedstatedir=/var/lib --libexecdir=/usr/lib --localstatedir=/var/lib 
--infodir=/usr/share/info --mandir=/usr/share/man --with-pop=yes --with-x=yes 
--with-x-toolkit=yes'

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

Movemail is very scantily documented.

The movemail command doesn't support --version or --help.  The
Movemail info node tells me about a variable via which to pass flags
to movemail, but nothing tells me what flags movemail supports (other
than the -r and -p mentioned in the info node).

The Movemail info node (`movemail' and POP) tells me about building
movemail to work with POP; but it doesn't tell me how to determine
whether the installed movemail has been built with this support (or
support for Kerberos, or etc.).

As it happens, invoking this bug-sending utility has told me the flags
debian gave when configuring emacs, so now I know --with-pop=yes was
supplied and POP is supported.  If it is intended that reporting a bug
is the way to discover whether POP is supported, the info node should
say:

  To determine whether POP is supported in your installation, invoke
  M-x report-emacs-bug and look at the `configured using...' line.  If
  this includes `--with-pop=yes' then POP is supported.
  Type C-x k RET to cancel the bug report.

albeit I assume report-emacs-bug gets the config flags from some other
command, which would be a better solution to document.
