21.1 on windows is crashing quite frequently.

I can't reproduce the behaviour which causes it to crash because the
scenarios are different each time, but periodically I get a windows
popup telling me that Emacs will be shutdown and then it dies.  It seems
to have something to do with the number/configuration of multiple
frames, at least the crashing seems to happen when I have more than
three frames open at one time.

Is there a file I can go look at to try and diagnose, or at least post
here so you guys can diagnose?
