15-passenger van, has come under a great deal of scrutiny as of late.
The concerns are legitimate, and church administrators should
understand and proactively address this volatile safety situation.
Most people donÂ’t realize that 15-passenger vans are not held to the
same government safety requirements as school buses, and these non-conforming
vans fail to achieve minimum standards. Furthermore,
recent studies illustrate significant problems in three critical safety areas
– vehicle rollovers, side impact damage and destruction, and passenger
ejection resulting from crashes.
