Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

The *Completions* buffer is overly intrusive, it NEVER goes away.
It appears (good) but then stays (bad) it has to be manually deleted,
When I work with a split frame, it covers one of the buffers I was
working on and even after the reason it appeared is over it still
stays. I must manually delete it.
Please add a small timer to the *Completions* buffer so that after 10
or 12 seconds (more than enough time to read it) it will go away.
