Thank you for the report. Yes, this is a bug of rmail-mime
package. References: field is also ignore if it is not
displayed. I've already reported this bug to Morioka-san,
the author of rmail-mime package. But, it seems that he is
now very busy. I'm now typing `t' before typing `r'.
