under the NIGERIAN_TRANSACTION category?  OK maybe not, but still I
don't see any use of SpamAssassin in your headers, though there is
some wording about spam.  Mainly the MICROSOFT_EXECUTABLEs are the
worst, using many bytes.

You might filter with lines like
if $h_X-Spam-Status: matches
"KOREAN_UCE_SUBJECT|X_LIBRARY|FORGED_HOTMAIL_RCVD|MARKETING_PARTNERS|FROM_NO_USER|\
RATWARE|MICROSOFT_EXECUTABLE|NIGERIAN_TRANSACTION|X_OSIRU_SPAM(WARE_SITE|_SRC)"
