Edit a buffer and exit

In GNU Emacs 21.3.1 (i386-msvc-windows98.2222)
 of 2003-03-28 on buffy

Editing a buffer and trying to quit (C-x C-c) prompts if I want to
save the changes. C-h lists the following options.

* Type SPC or `y' to save the current buffer;
* DEL or `n' to skip the current buffer;
* RET or `q' to exit (skip all remaining buffers);
* ! to save all remaining buffers;
* ESC or `q' to exit;
* ^R to display the current buffer;
* or . (period) to save the current buffer and exit.

As you can see, `q' is listed twice which cannot be correct.
Furthermore, the word "exit" in the description for ESC may be
confusing (maybe "cancel and return to the current buffer").
