configured using `configure  --mandir=/usr/share/man --infodir=/usr/share/info 
--prefix=/usr --libexecdir=/usr/lib --sharedstatedir=/var --with-gcc --with-pop 
--with-x-toolkit i386-redhat-linux-gnu'

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

The Resent-bcc field is not deleted on outgoing mail.  The problem is
that in sendmail-send-it, the call to mail-parse-comma-list moves the
point beyond the end of the line that starts "resent-bcc", so the
subsequent check can't find it.
