--mandir=/usr/share/man --with-pop=yes --with-x=yes --with-x-toolkit=athena

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

Emacs is not correctly indenting my perl.  As in the example, it too much 
indents a line following a statement including '::'. 


A minor change causes correct behavior:


Also, note that correct behavior is exhibited without the enclosing {}.
