Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

Hi!

Woman seems to have some problems with double-quotes in some cases,
and outputs them duplicated.  As an example, here is an excerpt from
the Perl manpage with man(1):

AVAILABILITY
       Perl is available for most operating systems, including virtually all
       Unix-like platforms.  See "Supported Platforms" in perlport for a list-
       ing.

Here is the same one from Woman:
