· Steve Rand, CSX, VP of International Sales/Marketing will offer a frank assessment of current intermodal rail service for New England importers and exporters, including cargo movement through West Coast gateway ports, across the country to New England.

Robin Lanier, Executive Director, the Waterfront Coalition will provide an inside look as to the causes and solutions for port capacity and congestion challenges.
