GDI Resources leak on win32

I'm using GNU Emacs (i386-msvc-nt5.0.2195)
 of 2004-11-01 on IGREK
configured using `configure --with-msvc (12.00)'
Sources are downloaded from http://sourceforge.net/projects/nqmacs

Emacs running in win32 environment constantly eats GDI resources.
I've investigated this problem and found that there are some
windows regions that need to be deleted:
