Subject: [Bug: 21.4.18] vhdl moed

--text follows this line--

================================================================

Dear Bug Team!  This should be a fairly easy process, yet there is no good

documentation associated with the Windows version of XEmacs.  All documentation

assumes UNIX implementation.

            - What happened.

I downloaded the vhdl-mode package using the Tools-> Packages method.

When I attempt to use a VHDL file I get the following error:

File mode specification error: (file-error "Searching for program" "No

such file or directory" "xargs")

            - What you thought should have happened.

VHDL-mode should have started at program startup.

            - Precisely what you were doing at the time.

Invoking XEMacs and then Editing a file
