As mentioned in the release announcement and the README file on the ftp
server, certain image libraries are required to get full image support
for all supported formats. From your screenshot of your desktop, you
appear to have GIMP installed, so you probably have the libraries on
your PC already, you just need to make them available to Emacs. You can
do this by either copying them to the emacs-22.1\bin directory (see the
README file on the ftp server for the names of the libraries you will
need to copy), or by adding C:\Program Files\Common Files\GTK\2.0\bin
and C:\Program Files\GIMP-2.0\bin to your PATH.
