bug#231: 23.0.60; Seg Fault when emacsclient -t gets C-z

1.  Start new emacs.
2.  Run server-start
3.  In another window, start emacsclient -t.
4.  In same window, type control-Z.
5.  Emacs crashes with a segmentation fault.
