Why doesn't emacs-version "23.1.93.1"/gnus know about
$ iconv -l|grep 1256
CP1256//
WINDOWS-1256//
So this wouldn't end up as
"Unknown charset: windows-1256":
From: =?Windows-1256?B?4ccg7d3myt8=?= <postmaster@1stmailer.com>
Subject: =?Windows-1256?B?5uTH08kg5tPaySDVz9E=?=
X-Spam-Languages: ar.windows-1256
