bug#6606: 23.2; cal-tex-cursor-month incorrect when calendar-week-start-

Subject: bug#6606: 23.2; cal-tex-cursor-month incorrect when calendar-week-start-day is 1 (monday)

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

emacs -Q
customize calendar-week-start-day to 1 (via customize interface)
M-x calendar RET
C-2 t m
Save generated tex buffer to a file and run pdflatex on it
Use xpdf (or whatever) to see pdf
Result: 1 Aug 2010 is shown in a new line when it should remain on
       the previous line. Also it becomes a monday when it should
       stay as sunday on the previous line.
