	* progmodes/gdb-mi.el (gdb-mi-quote): New function.
	(gdb-send): Apply it to the operand of the '-interpreter-exec
	console' command, so that we can pass arguments with (say) quotes
	in them. Store the exact string sent in gdb-debug-log.
