bug#13696: EastPG does not redraw the display after pinentry-curses

I have the latest commit, which supports pinentry-curses. But (redraw-frame
(selected-frame)) in epg-wait-for-completion is not executed.

To reproduce the bug you have to use symmetric encryption in a *new* .gpg
file. After the encryption my terminal is messed up and I have to do M-x
redraw-display.


Also I noticed that sometimes when I have to re-enter the passphrase, the
first letter is received from emacs and not from pinentry-curses. However, I
didn't understand how I can reproduce it.
