bug#15048: 24.3; truncate-partial-width-windows customize type

From: Kevin Ryde
Subject: bug#15048: 24.3; truncate-partial-width-windows customize type
Date: Thu, 08 Aug 2013 08:51:08 +1000
User-agent: Gnus/5.13 (Gnus v5.13) Emacs/24.3 (gnu/linux)

truncate-partial-width-windows takes an integer value (as described in
its docstring and which is its default), but M-x customize-variable
truncate-partial-width-windows offers only boolean "on" and "off".

Perhaps the custom type could be extended to allow integers to be
entered there too.
