Subject: bug#18160: 24.4.50; default-frame-alist: width and height not used by initial frame

The width and the height are no more used in latest bzr-version.
Example:

emacs -Q --eval "(setq default-frame-alist '((width . 120) (height . 50) (top . 20) 
(left . 20)))"
