DJGPP supports FreeDOS.

In that case, perhaps it would be better to refer to DJGPP everywhere, so then we'd be referring to free software instead of non-free?

Either way, I've completed the rename (r117661), so that MS-DOS is now referred to by the same name everywhere (AFAICT).

In fact, I missed a few, hence r117662.
