bug#18918: 25.0.50; Images files won't refresh in OS X Yosemite

Once an image (tested png and gif) file is opened in emacs, it will not
update the image until emacs is quit an relaunched. I only noticed
this after upgrading to Yosemite, but it may be present in Mavericks as
well, but i have no way to test it.

1. Open a png file.
2. Modify the png file on disk.
3. Close and reopen or refresh the png file.

The image will still display the original contents.
