Indeed it's not (i.e. 9x129=1161):

frame pixel: 1199 x 1004   cols/lines: 133 x 52   units: 9 x 19
frame text pixel: 1167 x 1004   cols/lines: 129 x 52
tool: 0  scroll: 16/0  fringe: 16  border: 0  right: 0  bottom: 0
