The help screen will show

  This variable is safe as a file local variable if its value
  satisfies the predicate which is a byte-compiled _expression_.

This is not very user-friendly; I suppose all safe-local-variable
predicates should be named functions instead of lambdas to improve the
help screen.

Fixed on master with commit 1531c3c9f2.
