On my side that file is located in:

/sources/emacs/test/src

That is same so here.

There exist no directory:
test/data/emacs-module/mod-test/

There is directory:
test/data/emacs-module/

inside of which are following files:

total 76
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root  9915 Jan  3 08:19 mod-test.c
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 62008 Jan 14 20:56 mod-test.so
