Subject: [PATCH] Avoid turning on the global-minor-mode recursively
 (Bug#31793)

* lisp/emacs-lisp/easy-mmode.el (define-globalized-minor-mode): Reset
  the buffer-list inside ,MODE-enable-in-buffers to avoid enabling the
  mode recursively
