bug#11702: 23.4; `grep-find-use-xargs' should be defined with `defcustom'

(I'm going through old bug reports that have unfortunately gotten no
responses yet.)

`grep-find-use-xargs' has been changed to use defcustom in the
intervening years, so I'm closing this bug report.
