The command in question is for interactively visually adjusting the font
in the current buffer -- it's not for selecting a specific point size.
If you want to do that, there are other mechanism for making Emacs use a
specific font, but it makes no sense to talk about that in the doc
string of this command.
So I'm closing this bug report.
