I tried. It works now. Thanks.

I found two other issues:

1. There is delay(about 1~3s) before cursor color restores after emacs frame becomes focused from unfocused.
2. Emacs renders blank window(not full of window) sometimes. It is much rarer than emacs-27. But it happens.

For 1: I can reproduce it 100% with my profile.

For 2: I can’t reproduce it 100%.
