I believe I can reproduce this using the following recipe:

0. emacs -Q
1. M-x ibuffer RET
2. C-h b

Are those the same steps that you used?

Also, could you please explain what you mean by "ordering looks weird"?
Are you seeing any changes from what you expect?  Please try to be as
specific as possible.
