bug#50399: TRAMP can't connect to Win 2000 (smb, ftp, telnet)

Unfortunately, Tramp calls telnet with redirection of stderr, so we
don't see what's the problem. What happens, if you call in a local shell

# telnet 192.168.0.141

Pls show all messages.
