bug#50706: 28.0.50; encoding problem with PGP signed message

Hi,

When I read my own message, I see usually something like this with
Emacs-27.2:

  [[PGP Signed Part:Good signature from 3A8E2B6F43B1CB68 Peter Münster

But with the latest version from git-master, I get this:

  [[PGP Signed Part:Good signature from 3A8E2B6F43B1CB68 Peter M\374nster...

How could that be fixed please?
