Hi Lars,

This bug report is really ancient, I don't even remember writing it. I am 
currently on 28.0.91 and haven't stumbled across this bug for ages, so I assume 
it must have been fixed at some time. You can surely close the bug report.

(I'm going through old bug reports that unfortunately weren't resolved at the 
time.)

I'm unable to reproduce this problem in Emacs 29.  Are you still seeing this 
issue in recent Emacs versions?
