FYI, In #emacs in libera.chat the user share that the Error disappears
when running under -Q and that bisection indicates that the problem is
related to straight.el

Can you please share the relevant section of your email configuration?
 Ideally, a minimal set of steps starting from runemacs.exe -Q or a
small init.el (or .emacs) which causes this error?   TIA
