bug#55162: A further display bug

To reproduce:

(a) Open the app by double clicking on the app icon (without any 
customizations).

(b) Pull down any menu, but don't select any item, rather go back to the finder 
immediately.

(c) Double click on some file icon, but don't make any additional mouse 
movement.

(d) Then the Emacs.app becomes active, but the file according to (c) does not 
open. It opens only by making an additional mouse movement (or a third click on 
the file icon) or a keyboard input.
