Agreed, because I switched to the Emacs Lisp Manual instead of the Emacs Manual.

A straighforward way is to describe the keybindings immediately in "8.3 Editing 
in the Minibuffer"
then refer to 8.3 when you get to "8.5 Minibuffer History".  And not the other 
way round.
